Andrew K. Taylor is an associate with the Budd-Falen Law Offices, L.L.C., in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana. Andy received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey where he graduated cum laude and served as an editor on the Seton Hall Law Review. While a member of the Seton Hall Law Review, Andy drafted a law review comment that was awarded fourth place in a national law student writing contest. Andy is licensed to practice in the state of Wyoming.
Prior to attending law school, Andy acquired experience in public health and environmental matters through his employment with state and county governmental agencies. Andy served as an Environmental Health Specialist within the Division of Water Quality at the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County (Indiana). In this role, Andy issued permits and supervised the installation of residential sewage systems, water wells and water supply systems. Andy also served as an Air Quality Inspector with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District in San Francisco, California. In this position, Andy was responsible for enforcing the provisions of the California Clean Air Act applicable to emissions of toxic air pollutants and criteria pollutants from stationary sources.
Prior to joining Budd-Falen Law Offices, L.L.C., Andy was an associate at a large law firm in Bridgewater, New Jersey where his practice focused on litigation and providing legal counsel on environmental issues. Andy has also worked as a Staff Attorney with Wyoming Protection & Advocacy Systems, Inc. in Cheyenne, Wyoming. During law school Andy was a legal intern for an intellectual property law firm in Clark, New Jersey. Andy was born in Indianapolis and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana.

2017 Women in Agriculture Conference
Karen Budd-Falen is speaking at the Women in Agriculture Conference in Las Cruces, New Mexico in May 2017. She will be discussing topics related to legislation and litigation. Her daughter, Sarah Falen, will also be a special speaker on the topic of self-defense and the importance of personal safety.

2017 Energy & Natural Resources Section Summit
2017 ENR Section Summit on June 8 and 9, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Casper, WY is co-hosted by the University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources (SER) and Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies (CLERR). This event will include an afternoon of live CLE programming, including ethics, and dinner reception on June 8. There is a live streaming option for those who cannot attend in person. June 9 is a fully-guided fly fishing trip on the North Platte River for those who sign up (no fishing experience required).
