Bethany A. Gross is a recent graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law where she focused her studies on environmental and natural resource law. During law school, Bethany was the Treasurer of the Women’s Law Forum and a member of the Natural Resources Law Club. Bethany also interned with the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission as a Research Assistant for the Senior Assistant Attorney General, interned with the Trent Law Office, LLC in Laramie, Wyoming, and performed research on grazing rights for the Wyoming Stock Growers Association through the Rural Law Center. After graduation and before joining Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC, Bethany was an associate at a small law firm in Sheridan, Wyoming where her practice focused on oil and gas law and drafting title opinions.
Prior to law school, Bethany received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Vice President of the Midwest Model United Nations and Treasurer for the Political Science Academy. Bethany was also inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Chapter of the Political Science Honor Society.
Bethany was born in St. Louis, Missouri and also spent several years in Cleveland, Ohio. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys spending time with her husband and two toy poodles, as well as hiking and camping in the Wyoming outdoors.

2017 Women in Agriculture Conference
Karen Budd-Falen is speaking at the Women in Agriculture Conference in Las Cruces, New Mexico in May 2017. She will be discussing topics related to legislation and litigation. Her daughter, Sarah Falen, will also be a special speaker on the topic of self-defense and the importance of personal safety.

2017 Energy & Natural Resources Section Summit
2017 ENR Section Summit on June 8 and 9, 2017 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Casper, WY is co-hosted by the University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources (SER) and Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies (CLERR). This event will include an afternoon of live CLE programming, including ethics, and dinner reception on June 8. There is a live streaming option for those who cannot attend in person. June 9 is a fully-guided fly fishing trip on the North Platte River for those who sign up (no fishing experience required).
