Private Property Rights

Eminent domain and condemnation of private property rights is all too common in the West; and the Budd-Falen Law Offices zealously defends private property owners against government overreaching. As well, because of the interaction between federal and state land ownership and private land ownership, we have brought numerous lawsuits against the government under the federal Quiet Title Act, as well as the state equivalent statutes.
