On October 22, 2011, Karen Budd-Falen spoke on the panel held in Yreka, Siskiyou County, California, hosted by elected county sheriffs reporting to their citizens about concerns and solutions to the federal government’s threats on private property rights. Karen was one of several speakers for the meeting, called, “Sheriffs Stand TALL for the Constitution.”
